Fire

The curators of the exhibition ‘Playroom’ Sasha Galitzine and Olga Mckenzie selected several artists and asked us to choose an element of the house, I loved this fireplace with the texture in decadent gray green and I simply ‘lit the fire’.

This work is the representation of a flame of fire, because if we look care- fully at the tip of the flame we can intuit an incipient inverted triangle of fire.

This site-specific installation was made expressly for the fireplace of the house located above the Union Club Studios in the famous Soho neighbourhood of London and which was going to be renovated just after the exhibition ended.
